This year one large ring enabled exhibitors to show their dogs first followed by a short interval and then the bitches. Although my entry was perhaps small in numbers quality was high. My overall winner, in my opinion, possessed breed type with fitness and finish. I was pleased to see her awarded Best In Show along with my Best Veteran Bitch - Best Veteran in Show and the Best Puppy Bitch - Best Puppy in Show. Minor Puppy Bitch 1 entry. 1st Dale's Moorbrook Little Mermaid at Laurelset. Pleasing head, good eye, well bodied for age, moved OK. Puppy Bitch 7 entries. 1st Goutorbe's Upperwood Snowball for Redhara. What a stylish puppy, plenty of work in head darkest of eyes, clean neck and shoulders, short coupled with good width and bend of stifle, an extrovert mover, once settled she carried herself well, high head with good tail action. Pleasing head, dark eyes, good neck and shoulders, depth of chest, well bodied, moved OK albeit she had a dead tail. 3rd Seaward's Mandyset Aint Misbehavin Novice Bitch 1 entry. 1st Seaward's Mandyset Aint Misbehavin, Pretty head, dark eyes, good bone and feet, well bodied, moved more settled in this class. Graduate Bitch 6 entries 1 absent. 1st Barker's Elmwood Illusion. 2nd.Barker's Elmwood Imagination.Litter sisters first and second in this class - both very feminine in type. Beautiful bitch, good head soft expression, clean neck and shoulders, good body properties throughout, strong, angulated quarters, moved with drive, shame her tail was dead, well presented and handled. 2nd Scott's Mandyset Maid to Dream Among Seashadows. Pretty head, dark eyes giving soft expressions, well off for bone and body, good bend of stifle, moved OK. 3rd Rockall's Settrenda Golden Fern at Lesnee. Feminine head with good kind expression, overall well balanced and clean in outline, well up on the leg, moved out covering the ground with a good head carriage, top line and tail action. Lovely type of bitch, feminine head, good eye, balanced in outline, good height on the leg, well bodied with good turn of stifle and tail set. Shown in good coat and condition, moved soundly.
