Julie's Walk is a sponsored dog walk being held in memory of Julie Young and is in aid of Cancer Research UK. It is being held on Sunday August 1st starting at 11am over the legendary Watership Down made famous in the book by Richard Adams. It is not far from the A34

between the M4 at Newbury and the A303.

You can walk, jog or run the level 2 miles or the more demanding 4

miles with your dog but for safety we have to limit it to one dog perperson. However the registration fee is per dog not per person and so families with one dog will pay just one registration fee. Sponsorship forms will be sent out with the walk number and it would be great if individuals could collect as much sponsorship as possible for such a worthy cause.

Ample parking is available and the views throughout the walk are spectacular. Refreshments will be available as it is the perfect

place for a picnic.

Please contact Jane Tucker (01749 812565 or cjt@walshawsetters.co.uk)

or Angela Morgan (01458 223505 or angela@quensha.co.uk) for more

details and registration forms which need to be returned before July 15th. Registrations will only be available on the day if there is space.

For those who are not able to come there is a Just Giving page where

you can donate. www.justgiving.com/JuliesWalk
